Recommended YouTube Channels

There's a lot of fun stuff to watch on YouTube, provided that you know where to look and don't get lost in the algorithm.

Here's a list of channels I'd recommend.

Christian Channels

Brian Holdsworth
Brian Holdsworth is a Catholic who runs a channel where he talks about his Faith and the various topics that relate to it. He's quiet and gentle, which is refreshing considering the many influencers on YouTube today.

Bible Illustrated
On this channel, an Eastern Orthodox Christian talks about Christianity while drawing different things. He also tends to allow a little more humor into his videos than Holdsworth, but it doesn't detract from his points.

Lutheran Satire
For a silly Protestant perspective, Lutheran Satire is a fun channel to watch from time to time. Although the animation is fairly crude, the videos make excellent points. In my opinion, the best videos are the ones featuring Donall and Conall - two Irish bastards who aren't interested in listening to fancy nonsense.

Educational Channels

Journey to the Microcosmos
Although this channel's main series has come to a conclusion, it's still worth checking out if you're even remotely interested in microbiology.

The Pharaoh Nerd
This is a great channel for anyone who enjoys iceberg videos and ancient history. Some of the best videos are the ones discussing artifacts that aren't easily explained.

Trey the Explainer
As you can guess from the name, Trey spends his videos explaining different things - usually stuff about prehistory and dinosaurs, but there are some exceptions. Definitely some fun stuff to watch on a rainy evening.
